A few weeks ago, I was standing at 19.6 pounds of weight lost and was looking forward to hitting 20 pounds any day. Then, a variety of events derailed me a bit, and I crept back up a bit. Today, when I went to weigh in, I was convinced that it would be the day that I got to stand up and celebrate my 20 pound weight loss.
After stepping on the scale, I learned that I could proudly claim as my total weight loss…19.8 pounds.
